Michael Quinn
Partner
Michael has over 39 years’ experience, starting life as a Quantity Surveyor, working on many prestigious projects in London & SE.
He is now the managing director of Kylemore Services Ltd, which is a sister company of Quants, but still maintains a considerable role in the Quants side of the business.

Eamon Lynam
Partner
Eamon has over 36 years’ experience working on the commercial side of many prestigious projects in London & the South East.
His particular experience is MEP Services & has worked with most of the major companies in the UK & established long term working relationships.
Eamon heads up the UK side of the business & the partner to contact to discuss new opportunities.
Steve Wells
Partner
Steve founded Quants in 1987 and originally trained and worked as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK initial experience in the UK. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. He is now based in Toronto, Canada, he heads up the Americas operations.
Steve has over 39 years’ experience. He is a member of both the CIQS (Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) and the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and his role is heading up dispute resolutions and mediation services.
Steve is a certified adjudicator in Ontario, authorised by the ODACC, which is a very privileged & highly acknowledged position
