Established in 1987, Quants have steadily grown into one of the most respected specialist M&E quantity surveying practices in London and the South East.

With our expansion into the Construction Sector, this has given clients the opportunity to work with us delivering commercial expertise across all aspects of the industry.

Our aim has always been to expand in a controlled manner, thus maintaining a consistent quality of our staff and ensuring the continued satisfaction of our clients.

We are cognisant of the fact that to gain prime benefit commercial management needs to get involved at the earliest stages of a project.  This would entail taking it through procurement and progressing through the construction phase.

Clients need to be made aware of any contractual issues which arise during the course of the works and our expertise in understanding and dealing with those issues at an early stage and resolving as early as practicable is a prime motivation in what we do.

We have dealings and knowledge of the legalities of construction issues and we are aligned to a number of legal firms who can provide that professional service, should resolution not be negotiable under normal circumstances.

 

There are no restrictions to the size of the projects we get involved with. We have worked on large prestigious projects: Westfield White City & US Embassy London to name but a few & we have been instrumental forward the overall success of the projects.

 

Quants have the capability and expertise to provide individuals or dedicated teams to serve the individual needs of each particular project.
